Fitness Boot Camp combine expertise benefits 1-2-1 personal training (but not the cost!) with camaraderie and motivation of exercising in a group as you are joined by people who have similar goals to you.
Boot camp exercises include stretching, callisthenics (press ups, squats, sit ups) with strength workouts, medicine balls, kettlebells, pad work and running drills. Each session is 45 minutes and provides a fun, varied and challenging workout with GUARANTEED RESULTS!
